We are happy to provide a refund if you are not 100% happy with your purchase, subject to our terms and conditions*. In order to fulfill your return, please contact us within 5 days after receiving the goods and we will send you a returns form to complete. Please note that the buyer is responsible for the cost of postage for returned goods, and all goods must be returned with their original packaging.


Please allow up to 4-5 business days for standard shipping within the EU and 7-8 business days for all other areas. All parcels require a signature upon delivery and can be tracked using the consignment number provided with your order.

The cost of our items is exclusive of customs duty and taxes. To find out if such charges will be applicable to your purchase, please contact your local customs authority or ask us for further information.

Our Responsibility

We have a strong belief in corporate responsibility and thus give back to the global community through charitable donations. These donations are funded through sales, and represent 5% of our annual profit. Please contact us if you require any further information.

Terms & Conditions

  1. We cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred from local import customs duty and tax or any local import restrictions when goods are shipped internationally. The location of a particular item will be stated in each product description.
  2. We endeavor to dispatch goods within 1-2 business days, however we shall not be held responsible for any delays which occur during shipping.
  3. All our jewellery items are second-hand and therefore may have imperfections associated with general wear and age. Please read our condition report carefully which will describe any distinctive flaws before purchasing any goods. We cannot be held responsible for any damage to goods after the return period has expired.
  4. All of our pieces have been appraised and classified based on professional and technical experience. We cannot thus be held responsible for any discrepancies between our assessments and any third party evaluations, unless this relates to the authenticity of the piece itself.
  5. We maintain the right to refuse the return of any goods which we believe have been altered or damaged since purchase, or are not in their original packaging.


– How do I know what my ring size is?

Each of our rings is sized according to the alphabetical scale, with half sizes, which is the standard convention used in the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand.

If you don’t know your ring size we we can send you a ring sizer free of charge, please send us an email with your postage address and we will have it in the mail for you within 1-2 business days. Alternatively you can visit your local jeweller who should be happy to measure you up. For ring size conversions, please refer to the chart here.

– I found a ring I love, but its the wrong size. What can I do?

Most of our rings are suitable for resizing. Some rings however are not and for these cases it will typically be stated in the product condition report. If you are unsure about resizing a particular ring, please contact us and we will provide you with more information about resizing for your specific situation.

– Can you resize the ring for me?

Yes, we are able to resize rings for you at an additional cost.  We do not offer refunds on items that have been resized however, so it is generally advised to have the ring resized yourself after purchase.

– Do you provide valuation certificates with your products?

Valuation certificates are only provided where stated. If you require a certificate for any pieces, please contact us and we will be happy to provide you with a quote for this service.
